30-day no-questions refund
If FactoryMile doesn't work for you, email hello@factorymile.com within 30 days of purchase. I refund in full. You keep the files.
The supplier-reply guarantee
If five suppliers from your purchased list ignore the included outreach script for 48 hours each, email me with the five contacts and your sent messages. I'll refund in full and you keep the list. No further questions.
How to request a refund
- Email hello@factorymile.com from the address you bought with.
- Include your order number.
- I confirm within one business day and process the refund through Stripe or Shopify Payments. Funds land in 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
What's not refundable
- Requests submitted after 30 days from purchase.
- Cases where the buyer has redistributed the list to third parties or posted it publicly. (See Terms of Service.)
EU consumer rights
Digital downloads usually waive the 14-day cooling-off period under EU consumer law because access is granted immediately. I voluntarily extend a 30-day refund window anyway, on the terms above.
