Terms of service
1. About these terms
By buying or downloading any FactoryMile product, you agree to these terms. FactoryMile is an individual seller based in Burgas, Bulgaria, reachable at hello@factorymile.com.
2. What you're buying
You're buying a license to use one of three tiers of supplier information (Starter, Pro, Vault) plus the bundled templates, scripts, and tools. The files are delivered digitally. There is no shipping.
3. License
One purchase = one operator. You may use the list and templates for your own e-commerce or sourcing operation. You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or publish the list in whole or in part.
- Share the list with people outside your immediate team.
- Republish the supplier contacts on a third-party platform.

4. Updates
- Starter — the list you receive at purchase.
- Pro — re-verifications four times per year for twelve months from purchase.
- Vault — every update I ship, for as long as the product exists.
5. Refunds
See the separate refund policy.
6. Accuracy
Suppliers in the list were verified by me in person or via WhatsApp at the time of the most recent update. I cannot guarantee any specific factory will reply, accept your order, or honor a price quoted to me. Treat the list as a high-quality starting point, not a contract.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by Bulgarian law, my liability for any single claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product. I am not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or business interruption.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Bulgaria. Disputes go to the courts of Burgas.
9. Changes
I may update these terms. The latest version always lives at this URL. For material changes, I'll email existing buyers.
